Homemade Pineapple and Cucumber Juice Recipe
This pineapple ginger and cucumber juice has plenty of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants! And it's ready in a flash!
- 2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped into small cubes
- ½ medium cucumber, sliced
- 1 tsp fresh, grated ginger
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Slice and chop pineapple into small pieces.
Add the ingredients into a high speed blender or juicer. Blend until smooth.
If you used a blender, strain before serving.
Chill before serving.
