Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped into small cubes
  • ½ medium cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tsp fresh, grated ginger
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Slice and chop pineapple into small pieces.
  • Slice cucumber.
  • Add the ingredients into a high speed blender or juicer. Blend until smooth.
  • If you used a blender, strain before serving.
  • Chill before serving.
