Strawberry and Spinach Smoothie
This refreshing smoothie provides Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin K, Vitamin D, Calcium, Folic Acid, Potassium, Fiber and Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids, wow!
- 1 cup Frozen strawberries
- 1 cup Fresh spinach
- 1 container Vanilla Greek yogurt, low fat, low sugar
- ½ cup 1% Low fat milk, or plant based milk
- 1 tbsp Ground flax seeds
- You can use less liquid and make a smoothie bowl.
