Strawberry and Spinach Smoothie

This refreshing smoothie provides Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin K, Vitamin D, Calcium, Folic Acid, Potassium, Fiber and Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids, wow!

  • 1 cup Frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach
  • 1 container Vanilla Greek yogurt, low fat, low sugar
  • ½ cup 1% Low fat milk, or plant based milk
  • 1 tbsp Ground flax seeds


  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth and lump free.
  • Serve immediately.


  • You can use less liquid and make a smoothie bowl.
