I don’t know about you, but I love trying new juice recipes. There are so many different combinations you can make, and each one is packed with nutrients that your body needs. Today, I’m going to share a recipe for pineapple and cucumber juice. This juice is especially refreshing on a hot day, and it’s great for getting a boost of vitamin C. Give it a try!

How to Make Pineapple Cucumber Juice
Ingredients

- Fresh pineapple
- Cucumber
- Ginger
- Lemon juice
- Chia seeds
How to make it
First, cut off both ends of a pineapple. After that, use a pineapple slicer to cut pineapple rings or use a knife for smaller cuts. You can also buy pre-cut fresh pineapple at any grocery store.
Next, cut the cucumber into slices. I keep the skin on it but you can peel it if you like.
After that, add pineapple and cucumber slices into a blender or pineapple juice extractor. I use my high speed blender and then strain the juice for a pulpier texture. But you can use a juicer if you like a smoother texture.

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend. After blending for a few seconds, you will have pineapple and cucumber juice! If you used a blender like me, strain the juice and serve.
Refrigerate the juice until it’s cold and serve. Makes 2 servings of approximately 8 oz.
