We’re aware that eating and nutrition are important for health maintenance. But, in the current diet culture that we live in, eating has become more of an exercise in fear rather than being the normal, biological process it’s supposed to be. This can lead to all sorts of disordered eating beliefs and behaviors that disconnect you from your own inner wisdom. I mean, when was the last time you were able to eat something delicious without worrying where it’s :going to end up”, or if it’s “healthy enough”? Exactly….

Here, you’ll have access to evidence based nutrition content that will help you free yourself from the diet mentality, eat from a place of inner attunement and connection, and learn to love and accept your body. 

It’s my goal as a health professional to arm you with the knowledge and skills that will empower you to make decisions on your own food and body needs–not what diet culture has taught you that you “should” be doing. This in turn will eventually help you make peace with food and your body, honor your own internal internal signals and free yourself from dieting forever!
